Bestone Quartz Surface is produced with up-to-date technology and fresh mined natural quartz stone grains, which makes the product resistant to external forces. During production process, resin and couplings are necessarily added to provide a certain flexibility to the product and minimize the fragile attribute. Hence a thermal shock might cause damage to the resin and the stone surface. What's more, when the quartz surfaces are exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, the whole slab might be warped and the color will be faded away because of the UV light. Therefore, a certain handling guidance must be applied when it comes to unload, store, fabricate and install the quartz stone surfaces.

High Durability Artificial or engineered quartz stone is known for its excellent durability. With high hardness, it's highly resistant to scratches, chipping, cracking or other mechanical damage, making it suitable for high-traffic areas.
Non-Porous Artificial quartz is non-porous, with low water absorption and micropores on the surface are closed. Mold, bacteria or fungus can not develop on it. It doesn’t absorb liquids, making it highly resistant to stains from substances like coffee, wine, and oils.
Heat Resistance While extreme and direct heat exposure is not recommended, engineered quartz countertops are generally made in more heat-resistant than natural stones.
Scratch Resistance The manufacturing process of engineered quartz stone slab involves binding quartz crystals with resins and polymers under high pressure. The stable attibute makes it less prone to chipping or cracking.
Color Consistency Unlike natural stone with color variation, quartz stone is manufactured with more uniform in appearance. This consistency can be particularly control in production proess.
Easy Maintenance Quartz countertop require minimal maintenance. It's acid & alkali resistant and can be easily cleaned with aggressive chemicals and preparations with abrasives. What's more, it requires no sealing.
Variety of Pattern Artificial quartz stone is available in a very wide range of colors & patterns to match different design preferences and existing decoration.

PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ARTIFICIAL QUARTZ STONE SLAB

GRIND & CALIBRATE

SURFACE POLISHING

SLAB STOCKING

Feeding & Mixing Purified quartz granules and powder are poured into the mixing machine, together with unsaturated resin, pigments and antibiotic substance.
Molding & Pressing After mixing and blending, the mixture is poured into molds of 3050*1450mm (120'*57') or 3250*1650mm (128'*65'). Under vacuum and vibrating condition with high temperature and high pressure in a kiln, the mixture is finally formed into hard solid slabs.
Grinding & Polishing Slabs are moved to the Calibrating Machine to grind in required thickness. Then follow to be water polished.
Edge Cutting Rugged edges are clean-cut by Bridge Cutting Machine.
QC & Packing Finished slabs are strictly controlled in quality and classified. Only Grade A is used to export with wood-frame
