Feeding & Mixing	Purified quartz granules and powder are poured into the mixing machine, together with unsaturated resin, pigments and antibiotic substance.
Molding & Pressing	After mixing and blending, the mixture is poured into molds of 30501450mm (120'57') or 32501650mm (128'65'). Under vacuum and vibrating condition with high temperature and high pressure in a kiln, the mixture is finally formed into hard solid slabs.
Grinding & Polishing	Slabs are moved to the Calibrating Machine to grind in required thickness. Then follow to be water polished.
Edge Cutting	Rugged edges are clean-cut by Bridge Cutting Machine.
QC & Packing	Finished slabs are strictly controlled in quality and classified. Only Grade A is used to export with wood-frame
