Bestone Engineered Quartz Stone Surface is produced with up-to-date technology and fresh mined natural quartz stone grains, which makes the product resistant to external forces. During production process, resin and couplings are necessarily added to provide a certain flexibility to the product and minimize the fragile attribute. This quartz stone slab is produced with different slab sizes and thickness to meet with various needs for customers. For slab buyers we offer wood bundles for packing, which is suitable for contain loading and ocean transportation. We also offer fabrication services for buyers who need to cut and process the slabs into any type of countertops or shapes. There are many different edge profiles to choose from Bestone. 1. Color & Pattern Consistency
Unlike natural marble or granite, quartz stone is manufactured to a uniform appearance. Therefore, kitchen countertops made of quartz stone have even and consistent look.

The Mohs hardness of artificial quartz stone is 7, which makes it more resistant to scratches, chips and cracks than other surfaces.

3. Non-Porous
Quartz stone is made under high temperature & pressed in a vacuum kiln. This makes it low water absorption & resist to stains, mold, and bacteria. It's the most hygienic surface for countertops.

4. Free Maintenance
Marble or Granite requires resealing annually. Quartz stone is totally opposite. It requires no sealing. To clean quartz surfaces it only requires normal cleanser.

5. Environmental-Friendly
Marble of granite is mined and transported for long distances. Quartz stone is manufactured with local mined quartz and recycled minerals, using environmental-friendly resin.

Feeding & Mixing | Purified quartz granules and powder are poured into the mixing machine, together with unsaturated resin, pigments and antibiotic substance. |
Molding & Pressing | After mixing and blending, the mixture is poured into molds of 3050*1450mm (120'*57') or 3250*1650mm (128'*65'). Under vacuum and vibrating condition with high temperature and high pressure in a kiln, the mixture is finally formed into hard solid slabs. |
Grinding & Polishing | Slabs are moved to the Calibrating Machine to grind in required thickness. Then follow to be water polished. |
Edge Cutting | Rugged edges are clean-cut by Bridge Cutting Machine. |
QC & Packing | Finished slabs are strictly controlled in quality and classified. Only Grade A is used to export with wood-frame |
