SPECIFICATION

Precision Engineered for Commercial and Residential Use

Arabetto Dark engineered quartz slabs are developed primarily for commercial contractors, architects, and residential developers seeking a reliable commercial quartz countertop solution. These slabs offer consistent color and pattern uniformity, enabling designers and fabricators to achieve precise aesthetic results with repeatability. As a top choice among quartz stone suppliers, our slabs address functional needs such as heat resistance and stain prevention, making them suitable for high-traffic areas including hospitality venues and upscale kitchens. This product supports large-scale deployments and tailored configurations, meeting diverse project specifications.

Advanced Material Composition and Technical Specifications

Manufactured with 92–93% natural quartz aggregates blended with polymer resin and pigments, Arabetto Dark slabs exhibit high mechanical hardness—Mohs level 7—and a low water absorption rate (~0.04%). These features ensure robust physical performance and long-term durability. Offered in multiple thicknesses (20 mm and 30 mm) and finishes—including polished, matt, and leather textures—the slabs accommodate various fabrication techniques and design applications. With standard sizes nearing 3 meters by 1.4 meters and jumbo formats up to 3.23 by 1.63 meters, this engineered quartz slab provides scalable options for precise cutting and installation by a recognized quartz slab manufacturer.

Versatility Across Diverse Industry Applications

These slabs fulfill critical requirements across sectors such as residential kitchen and bathroom surfaces, retail counters, and commercial hospitality installations. The product delivers a non-porous, hygienic surface that resists stains and heat, fulfilling operational demands in food preparation and high-use areas. As a solution frequently requested by developers and cabinet makers, Arabetto Dark supports integration into modular countertops, islands, wall cladding, and vertical interior elements, demonstrating its adaptability as a custom quartz kitchen countertop option. The consistent quality standards upheld by this quartz stone manufacturer reinforce its position in advanced building and design workflows.

Product Advantages

Robust Design and Manufacturing Precision

Arabetto Dark quartz slabs are engineered with an emphasis on dimensional stability and uniform coloration, critical for seamless incorporation in complex surface configurations. The slab sizes and thickness options provided by this quartz slab manufacturer enable optimized material utilization and minimize joint visibility in installations. By leveraging advanced resin bonding and aggregate dispersion techniques, the slabs maintain structural integrity under cutting, shaping, and polishing operations. This product aligns with design and fabrication protocols established within the commercial quartz countertop market and supports customization processes demanded by fabricators requiring tailored surface specifications.

Enhanced Surface Durability and Maintenance Efficiency

The engineered composition affords Arabetto Dark slabs superior scratch resistance and negligible porosity, significantly reducing contamination risk and simplifying maintenance routines. The product withstands elevated temperatures up to 300°C, making it suitable for operational environments requiring high heat resilience. End users benefit from surfaces that retain aesthetic integrity despite daily wear, contributing to prolonged service life and reduced replacement frequency. This performance profile positions the slab favorably as a custom quartz stone product for both high-traffic commercial facilities and domestic kitchens needing durable, low-maintenance countertop solutions.

Bestone Quartz Surface is produced with up-to-date technology and fresh mined natural quartz stone grains, which makes the product resistant to external forces. During production process, resin and couplings are necessarily added to provide a certain flexibility to the product and minimize the fragile attribute. Hence a thermal shock might cause damage to the resin and the stone surface. What's more, when the quartz surfaces are exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, the whole slab might be warped and the color will be faded away because of the UV light. Therefore, a certain handling guidance must be applied when it comes to unload, store, fabricate and install the quartz stone surfaces.

Feeding & Mixing

Purified quartz granules and powder are poured into the mixing machine, together with unsaturated resin, pigments and antibiotic substance.

Forming

After mixing and blending, the mixture is poured into molds of 3050*1450mm (120'*57') or 3250*1650mm (128'*65'). Under vacuum and vibrating condition with high temperature and high pressure in a kiln, the mixture is finally formed into hard solid slabs.

Grinding & Polishing

Slabs are moved to the Calibrating Machine to grind in required thickness. Then follow to be water polished.  Edge Cutting Rugged edges are clean-cut by Bridge Cutting Machine.
